We hope your photo experience with us is an enjoyable one. Please help our busy studio to run smoothly by observing our policies ...

1. Please arrive 10 minutes early to prep your hair, makeup, and clothing before your session. The traffic in our area has increased, so plan for enough travel time. If you are late for your session, a new appointment will be made for you at your convenience.
2. Proofs now come in digital film and digital web proof forms. All grads will receive digital web proofs with secrecy protection. Families may receive both. A deposit of $ 100. is needed before you bring any proofs home, or see them on your personalized web site. You can bring proofs home for 4 days, they are due back to us on the 5th day please.
3. We have minimum purchases set up to ensure we give our labs enough work. You'll find these figures on individual pages within this website.
4. It's hard to predict delivery dates however 3 weeks is usually right for non enhanced prints, and roughly 6 weeks for enhanced prints. Allow extra time around the holiday season please.
5. Gail's on location services are available for all photo needs and types. Call for more info.
6. We shoot by Mother Nature. Call I hour ahead if it's gray and overcast. We'll reschedule you.
7. Enlargement orders cannot be cancelled once they've gone to our labs. Session fees are collected on session date. Cash or Check please.
8. We have limited storage space. Please pickup up your order within 14 days of notice. Negatives or digital files are not kept on orders that owe an outstanding balance, however small.
9. Appointment cancellations must be 24 hours ahead please. 48 hours is needed starting September I please. An amount of $ 25. will be posted to your account if we do not receive sufficient notice, no shows are also billed, sorry.
10. Our studio works by appointment only.
11. Please read our clothing tips carefully. Perhaps we can also be of help over the phone too.
12. Gail Maloney Photography USA retains all copyright privileges to scan, reproduce and distribute her work. You must ask permission to use our images in any way.
13. All monetary transactions are via visa/mastercard, check or cash please. Your session fee is collected on session date. Many thanks.
14. Preference in scheduling is given to prior clients, and also friends of prior clients (that are referring you to us). Please mention any referrals when you call our studio.
15. All orders will carry a $ 15. fee for scanning, and packaging as our labs charge us.
