We hope your photo experience with us is fun and enjoyable! Please help our busy studio to run smoothly by observing our policies…

1. Please arrive for your session 10 minutes early to prepare your hair, makeup, select clothing, and so on. If you arrive too late, we’ll be happy to reschedule you, because other clients come in after you.
2. All session fees include your internet proofing site, as well as the time it takes to photograph you. All appointment scheduling is done over the phone please.
3. Our studio has minimum purchase amounts. Please review our Session Fees for pricing information.
4. Please allow a few weeks for your order to be printed, longer around Christmas or for special services.
5. Gail’s on location services are available for all types of photo shoots, just call and ask.
6. We shoot by Mother Nature. If the weather is bad, we’ll reschedule with you.
7. Print orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone to our labs, sorry.
8. We have limited storage space, please make arrangements to pick up your finished order within 14 days after we contact you. Thank you.
9. Please give our studio 48 hours notice when changing appointment times. If not, a fee of $35.00 will be posted to your account. No shows are billed as well. We try to call ahead to remind you about appointments. We work by appointment only — it’s fair for all concerned.
10. Read the clothing page on our web site. We’ll also give you info over the phone. Clothing can make or break your session with us.
11. Maloney Photography retains all copyright privileges to scan or reproduce your work. It’s unlawful for you to do so without our written legal permission. We cannot use your photo without your release as well.
12. We accept Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard. We’ll collect your session fee on session date, 50% down when you order your photographs, and the balance when your order is completed.
13. Preference in scheduling is given to all former clients, and thanks for returning!
